When you apply, we’ll have a look at your info and make sure a 1 Day Website is the best choice for your needs – as advanced websites can’t fall into our 1 day Website offer. Once your application has been approved, you just need to book your session and the kick-off chat (though this step isn’t necessary, we like to have a kick-off chat to discuss with you your goals and any questions you might have).
By following the simple list we send you, the process of gathering all the necessary content is as straightforward as possible and you have up to 2 weeks to get it all together – if you already have everything ready for us, even better!
Using the information you’ve provided us, we’ll suggest 3 design options. All you’ll need to do is choose your favourite one and leave the rest to us.
The beauty of a 1 Day Website session is that your website will be almost magically created for you without you having to worry. During the session we’ll use the design you chose as your favourite and combine it with the material you’ve given us in order to give you a professional, sleek website fast!
And, if you wish, we can also keep you informed as we build everything.
Though not necessary, we like to have a kick-off chat together before we begin working on your website so we can discuss any questions you might have, what your goals are, and the outcome of our 1 Day Website Session.
We will provide you with a simple form with all the material required for your new website, so you can gather it and send it our way.
We will also do research based on the information you have provided us and suggest 3 design options for you to pick. You will then select the 1 you like the most out of those 3 options.
With your favourite design selected and with you having provided us with the feedback we need, we will use our skills to turn this into the backbone of your website.
We will use your sitemap to create the page structure. Also, all page text, images, and any other content you submitted to us will be uploaded to the website folders.
This is where your website takes its true form. One by one we will create your new website pages, with the option of having each one approved by you.
Just before launch, we will go through your new website together and answer any last questions you might have. And, if you have chosen our Professional package, you’ll receive a user’s manual which will guide you through the creation and management of blog posts.

Payments are made in two installments:
50% after our kick-off chat, and 50% after the website is complete, just before it goes live.
Yes we do. We provide solid hosting, security virus scans of your site as well as monthly backups to make sure you are always safe and ready to restore in case of an emergency.
Yes, you can. If you already have a hosting provider you’d rather host your website on, great!
After your new website is ready, we can hand over to you all the files (obviously free of charge) so you can do the migration yourself.
If you’d like us to do the migration for you, the cost is €70, provided your hosting provider meets all the requirements needed for a smooth migration.
It is very rare that a 1 day website isn’t completed in a single day, but it can happen. We plan for an 8 hour day, give or take 2 hours. If for any reason you are unable to stick to the schedule, or if you bring up last minute content that results in extra work, the additional content being added will be billed at an hourly rate of €50.
After you book your session, you will have 2 weeks to gather all your material. If you don’t manage to gather everything by that time, the session can be rescheduled once. After that the sessions will be automatically cancelled and Jellyfish Media Labs will keep a 30% of the total amount to cover our expenses up to that point, and refund the rest of the deposit.
